消毒湿巾对多重耐药菌病房高频接触表面消毒效果研究

Disinfection Effect of Disinfectant Wet Towel on High Frequency Contact Surface of Multidrug Resistant

目的:探讨消毒湿巾对多重耐药菌高频接触表面消毒的效果、消毒执行情况依从性、患者对消毒产品的满意度,为多重耐药菌感染病房高频接触表面消毒方法和消毒频次提供依据。方法:选取本院内二科、外二科多重耐药菌感染病房的床头柜、患者右侧床栏、门把手、呼叫器四种高频接触物体表面,实验组采用消毒湿巾在单日上午8时擦拭消毒,对照组采用500 mg/L含氯消毒液在双日上午8时擦拭消毒,16时均由保洁员进行擦拭消毒,分别在擦拭消毒后2、4、6、7、8 h对四种物体表面进行微生物采样及细菌培养,每种物体表面各取50份标本,比较实验组、对照组在五个时刻物体表面细菌培养合格率,比较保洁员使用两种消毒产品消毒执行的依从性,患者对两种消毒产品的满意度。结果:两组消毒产品在消毒后2、4 h合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在消毒后6、7、8 h比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。保洁员使用实验组的产品消毒执行率高于对照组,患者对实验组的产品接受程度高。结论:消毒湿巾对多重耐药菌感染病房高频接触表面消毒效果好,保洁员依从性高,患者的满意度高。

Objective：To explore the effect of disinfection wet wipes on high frequency contact surface disinfection of multi-drug resistant bacteria, compliance of disinfection implementation,and satisfaction of patients with disinfection products, and provide basis for disinfection method and frequency of high frequency contact surface of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection ward.Method：Four kinds of high frequency contact surfaces in the hospital of multidrug-resistant bacteria on the right bed bar,door handle and call device were selected.The experimental group was wiped and sterilize at 8 a.m.on the single day.The control group wiped and sterilize with 500 mg/L chlorine containing disinfectant at 8 a.m. and 16 p.m.The cleaning workers were cleaned and sterilized by the cleaning staff.The surface of the four objects was sampled and cultured on the surface of the 2,4,6,7 and 8 h after wiping and sterilizing.50 samples were taken on the surface of each objects.Compared with the experiment group and the control group at five time,the rate of qualified bacteria culture was compared with the two disinfectants used by the cleaning staff.Compliance and patients＇ satisfaction with two kinds of disinfection products.Result：There was no significant difference in the qualified rate between the two groups at 2 and 4 hours after disinfection（P〈0.05）,but there was significant difference between the two groups in 6,7 and 8 hours after disinfection（P〈0.01）.The rate of disinfection execution of the products used by the cleaning workers in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the patients had high acceptance of the products in the experimental group.Conclusion：Gamma disinfectant wipes had good disinfection effect on high frequency contact surface of multidrug resistant bacteria infection ward,high compliance of cleaning staff and high satisfaction of patients.
