哮喘患儿血清干扰素γ诱导蛋白10水平及其临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨哮喘患儿血清干扰素γ诱导蛋白10(IP-10)水平及其临床意义。方法:选取2015—2016年在桂林医学院附属医院住院治疗的哮喘患儿(急性发作期)72例,另选取同期在本院进行体格检查的健康儿童25例作为对照组,检测血清IP-10水平,评估哮喘患儿症状严重程度,分析血清IP-10水平与哮喘症状严重程度的相关性,并采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析血清IP-10水平对病毒诱导性哮喘的诊断价值。结果:病毒诱导性哮喘患儿占所有哮喘患儿的60%以上。病毒诱导性哮喘患儿血清IP-10水平明显高于非病毒诱导性哮喘患儿及对照组(P<0.05);病毒诱导性哮喘患儿的哮喘症状严重程度明显重于非病毒诱导性患儿(P<0.05)。哮喘患儿血清IP-10水平与哮喘严重程度呈正相关关系(r=0.763,P=0.002)。血清IP-10水平对病毒诱导性哮喘的诊断界值为48.45ng/L,ROC曲线下面积为0.852。结论:血清IP-10水平可作为病毒诱导性哮喘预测及其严重程度判断的有效指标。 Objective:To investigate the serum level of interferon-γinducible protein 10(IP-10)in children with asthma and its clinical significance.Methods:72 children with asthma and 25 healthy children were enrolled in this study.The IP-10 level in serum was detected.The correlation between IP-10 level and asthma severity was analyzed.The value of IP-10 for predicting viral-induced asthma was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:Viral-induced asthma children accounted for more than 60% of 72 children with asthma,and had significantly higher level of IP-10 and more severe asthma attacks than those with non-viral asthma and healthy controls(P〈0.05).There was a positive correlation between the serum IP-10 level and asthma severity(r=0.763,P=0.002).The area under the ROC curve of IP-10 for the diagnosis of viral-induced asthma was 0.852 with cut-off value of 48.45 ng/L.Conclusion:Serum IP-10 level could be an effective predictive marker of viral-induced asthma in children.
