MeONa/MTBE体系催化废煎炸油制备脂肪酸甲酯的研究

摘要 在甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的共溶剂作用下,甲醇与煎炸废油通过甲醇钠(Me ONa)催化的高效酯交换反应转化为脂肪酸甲酯。采用单因素实验,考察了甲醇用量、共溶剂MTBE用量、反应温度对酯交换反应的影响;采用红外光谱法(IR)对产物和原料煎炸废油的官能团结构进行了解析;采用气相色谱法(GC)检测了产物中各种脂肪酸甲酯的含量。 Aided by co-solvent MTBE, the fried waste oil was converted into fatty acid methyl ester(FAMEs) by transesterification of methanol catalyzed by alkali Me ONa. The influence factors on the transesterification were studied by single-factor test, included co-solvent volume and reaction temperature. The product and raw oil were characterized by infrared spectra, and the compositions of the product were analyzed by gas chromatography.
