摘要
用浸渍法制备了La-Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,并采用比表面积(BET)测试、程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等表征手段及热稳定性实验等,研究了催化剂的结构及活性。结果表明,2%的La显著提高了Ni/γ-Al_2O_3的活性并使其比表面积增加,La-Ni/γ-Al_2O_3在反应前的最佳还原活化温度为450℃,最佳反应温度和反应压力分别为450℃、015MPa,且在72h连续反应过程中,甲烷选择性和二氧化碳的转化率都能保持在一个较高的水平。
La-Ni/γ-Al2O3 was prepared by impregnation method, and catalytic construction and activities for methanation of carbon dioxide were studied by BET, H2-TPR, experiment of thermal stability, and so on. The result showed that the activity and specific surface area of La-Ni/γ-Al2O3 was improved by additive of 2% La. The optimum reduction activation temperature of catalyst was 450℃, and the optimum reaction temperature and pressure were 450℃, 015 MPa, respectively. After 72 h of continuous reaction, the selectivity of methane and the conversion of carbon dioxide remained at a high level.
