VC棕榈酸酯的合成工艺研究

摘要 本实验以直接酯化法制备VC棕榈酸酯。以L-抗坏血酸和棕榈酸为原料,在浓硫酸催化下反应,考察了反应温度、棕榈酸与VC的摩尔比、搅拌时间、硫酸加入量对产率的影响,得到较适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度为30℃,n_(棕榈酸)∶n_(VC)=1.2∶1,搅拌时间为3h,硫酸加入量为35m L。通过产品外观、熔点及红外光谱对产品进行表征。 In this experiment, VC palmitate was synthesized by direct esterification applied L-ascorbic acid and palm acid as raw materials in the catalytic reaction of concentrated sulfuric acid. The effect factors on the reaction yield included temperature, molar ratio of VC to palmitic acid, stirring time and amount of sulfuric acid. The reaction process conditions were optimized by single factor experiment: the reaction temperature 30℃, n palmitic acid: nVC=1.2:1, stirring time 3 h, the dosage of sulfuric acid was 35 m L. The product was characterized by appearance, melting point and IR spectrum.
