摘要
植物基润滑油由于其优异的性能越来越受到人们的重视。脂肪酸内酯可以作为植物基润滑油基础油的基本原料,其合成方法主要有白土催化法、无机酸催化法、离子液体催化法和固体酸催化法4种。本文分析了国内外脂肪酸内酯4种合成方法的研究现状及各自的优缺点。
More and more attention was paid to vegetable oil-based lubricants because of its excellent performance. The estolide fatty acid could be used as a material of vegetable oil-based lubricants. There mainly had four methods to synthesize estolide from fatty acid, as clay catalysis, inorganic acid catalysis, ionic liquid catalysis and solid acid catalysis. On the grounds of the research status, the respective advantages and disadvantages of four methods were discussed.
