摘要
以挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫、柔性橡塑绝热泡沫、聚氨酯硬质泡沫为研究对象,对建筑泡沫材料进行加速老化和自然老化处理,比较老化处理前后泡沫材料的燃烧性能,分析材料在使用过程中燃烧性能的变化情况。结果发现,经过自然老化处理后的样品,其氧指数值明显降低,经过光照老化处理后的样品,部分材料的氧指数值反而增高;自然老化处理后的样品,其燃烧性能并未出现较明显的衰减。
Taking extruded polystyrene foam, flexible rubber insulation foam and polyurethane foam as the research object,accelerated aging and natural aging treatment was made on building foam material, the combustion performance before and after the treatment was compared, and the change of combustion performance in the practice was analyzed. The results showed that the oxygen index of samples decreased significantly after natural aging treatment; while the oxygen index of some materials increased after illumination aging; as to samples after natural aging treatment,the combustion performance did not show obvious attenuation.
