摘要
为解决飞机客舱锂电池起火应急处置难题,通过对应急处置关键因素进行分析,提出了应急处置设备应具备的功能。设计了刚性三层结构的应急处置箱,内层为不锈钢,中层为硅酸铝陶瓷纤维棉,外层为ABS塑料,并辅以过滤装置和注水口。通过温度、气体成分、压力、燃爆情况及密封性等测试,表明该应急箱实现了起火锂电池的隔离、灭火、防爆炸、有毒气体和烟尘过滤等一体化安全保障,且箱体质轻,使用方便,可重复使用。
In order to resolve the emergency problems of lithium batteries fire in the aircraft cabin,the key factors of emergency disposal were analyzed,and the functional requirements of emergency equipment were put forward. Anemergency box withrigid threetier structure was designed,whose inner layer was stainless steel,middle level was aluminosilicate ceramic fiber cotton,and outer layer was ABS. The box was supplemented with filter device and water injection nozzle. By the tests of temperature,gas composition, pressure,blasting and leakage,it was showed that the emergency box can realize the required functions including isolating lithium batteries on fire,suppressing fire,preventing explosion,filtering toxic gas and dust. The box is light, easy to operate,and can be reused.
