摘要
为考察国内泡沫灭火剂产品的COD和TOC值水平及其相关性,试验测定了5大类18种国产泡沫灭火剂的COD和TOC值。结果表明,泡沫灭火剂原液具有极高的环境有机负荷,而泡沫溶液的COD和TOC值也远高于排放标准。蛋白类泡沫灭火剂的环境风险高于合成类泡沫灭火剂。泡沫灭火剂的COD/TOC值与其产品配方组分有关,从大到小的顺序依次为A类泡沫>AFFF>S>P>FP。
The concentration and relationship between COD and TOC of typical foam extinguishing agents in China was evaluated and analyzed. The COD and TOC values of 18 foam extinguishing agents in 5 kinds were tested. The results showed that the foam concentrates presents extremely high environmental organic loading, while the organic loading of foam solutions are also higher than emission limits. The environment risk of protein foams is higher than synthetic foams. The COD/TOC value of different foams relates to their formula components, and the order from big to small is Class A foam〉AFFF〉S〉P〉FP.
