摘要
利用TD-GC-MS研究加热温度40~250℃、加热时间3~120 min条件下皮棉的热分解行为,定性分析皮棉热解释放产物。研究结果表明,温度低于80℃时,挥发分基本为皮棉吸附物;温度在80~120℃时,热解产物中可见长链羧酸峰。随着温度升高,小分子分解产物的浓度逐渐增加。250℃时可作为棉纤维热分解的活跃温度点,热解产物中小分子物质增多,糠醇峰成为最高峰。
The thermal decomposition behavior of grinned cotton under temperature of 40~250 ℃ and heating time of 3~120 min were studied by TD-GC-MS and the pyrolysis release products were qualitatively analyzed. The results showed that when the temperature is below 80 ℃,the volatiles are basically lint absorbent.When the temperature is 80~120 ℃,the long-chain carboxylic acid peak appeared. As the temperature increases, the concentration of small molecule decomposition increases gradually. Heating temperature of 250 ℃ can be regarded as the active thermal decomposition temperature of cotton fiber at which the small molecule products increase and the Furfuryl alcohol peak becomes the highest peak.
