摘要
通过一起亡人火灾事故的调查,阐述了火灾事故调查中遇到的困难,逐一分析了确定为放火案件性质的关键性证据,总结并提出了放火亡人案件事故调查应注意的事项,以及提升亡人火灾办案效率的建议。
Based on the investigation of a fatal fire accident, difficulties encountered during the investigation have been listed and key evidences for arson have been analyzed. Points needing attention during the investigation of the fatal fire accidents have been summarized. At the end, suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of investigating fatal fire accidents have been put forward.
