摘要
针对一起电气火灾事故,通过现场走访、调查询问、现场勘验、物证提取和技术鉴定,综合分析认定火灾的起火部位为某处四芯铝芯电力电缆,起火原因为四芯铝芯电力电缆发生短路故障,引燃可燃物发生火灾。从供电电缆选择设计、供电电缆施工、供电电缆运行情况分析以及起火原因分析方面提出火灾调查的体会。
Aiming at an electrical fire accident, through on-site visits, investigation, on-scene investigation, evidence extraction and technological identification,a comprehensive analysis found the fire site was four-core aluminum core power cable, and the fire cause was the fault of four-core aluminum core power cable igniting combustibles. The experiences of fire investigation were proposed from aspects of the selection and design of powercable,construction and working status of powercable and fire cause analysis.
