摘要
以乌梁素海湖冰的单轴压缩强度试验为例,详细阐述了冰单轴压缩强度试验的试样制备、试验方法和所需设备。具体内容包括:现场采集冰坯的方法和工具;现场观测冰晶体结构所需薄冰片的制作方法和工具;冰密度的测量方法和工具;大连理工大学低温环境实验室内加工冰单轴压缩强度试验标准试样的加工设备;试验的主要设备和具体步骤。最后给出淡水冰压缩破坏的三种典型破坏形式及它们对应的应力-应变曲线。
The uniaxial compressive strength test of ice in Wuliangsu Lake is taken as an example in order to describe samples preparation,test method and equipment for uniaxial compressive strength test of ice in detail.The contents in the paper include：the method and tools of obtaining ice billet in the field;method and tools for preparing thin ice section for ice crystal observation in the field and cold laboratory;the measurement method and tools for ice density measurement;processing equipment for standard samples of ice uniaxial compressive strength test in the low temperature environment laboratory of Dalian University of Technology;the main equipment and procedures of the test.Finally,three typical ice samples destruction of the fresh ice compression failure and their corresponding stress-strain curves are given.
