摘要
目的探讨早期监测并干预血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-LPA2)水平对高危缺血性脑卒中人群的影响及意义。方法在门诊、病房及脑卒中筛查工程的患者中选择200例高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、高同型半胱氨酸(Hhcy)血症危险因素(P>0.05)差异,按照与患者沟通后自愿选择分为对照组和干预组,分别在实验过程的第0、1、3、6个月监测血清Lp-LPA2的动态变化,并应用ALT5000彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量两组颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果 6个月后干预组Lp-LPA2呈降低趋势,P<0.05,IMT值无显著变化,患者无不适症状。对照组Lp-LPA2水平无显著变化,P>0.05,其中3例IMT增厚,2例发生脑梗死住院。结论对高危缺血性脑卒中人群实施早期监测及Lp-LPA2干预,能够有效控制IMT的发展,有利于降低脑卒中患病率。
Objective To investigate the influence and significance of early detection and intervention of serum lipoprotein related phospholipase A2(Lp-LPA2)levels in high-risk ischemic stroke patients. Method To pick out 200 cases of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hyperhomocysteinemia(Hhcy)risk factors were not statistically high risk groups from the outpatient, ward and stroke screening project, and divide the patients into observation group and intervention group according to height. Then to monitor the dynamic changes of serum LpLPA2 at 0, 1, 3 and 6 months of the experiment respectively,and measure the carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) of two groups by ALT5000 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. Results After 6 months the Lp-LPA2 of the intervention group showed a downward trend, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), among them, 3 cases of IMT thickening, 2 cases of cerebral infarction hospitalized. Conclusion Early monitoring and Lp-LPA2 intervention for high-risk ischemic stroke patients can effectively control the development of IMT and reduce the incidence of stroke.
