裕固族成人体成分研究

Researches of Body Composition of the Yugu adults

目的:研究裕固族成人体成分指标.方法:采用整群随机抽样法抽取甘肃省张掖市肃南裕固族自治县裕固族成人共179人,采用生物电阻抗法检测受试者体成分指标3项,并作以分析.结果:(1)裕固族成人超重率已超过50%,尤其是男性,超重肥胖率已达66.3%,超过女性15%以上.(2)裕固族成人体脂肪率正常人群所占比例仅为55.9%,尤其是男性,体脂肪率高及肥胖人群所占比例已超过42%.(3)裕固族成人内脏脂肪等级指标正常率仅55.9%,而男性内脏脂肪等级指标异常率已达75%以上,且远远高于女性内脏脂肪等级指标异常率.结论:裕固族成人BMI、体脂肪率、内脏脂肪等级3项体成分指标异常率均较高,尤其是男性更为突出.

Objective：To study the indicators of body composition of Yugu adults.Method A total of179 Yugu adults in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County in Zhangye city of Gansu province,who were selected by cluster random sampling methods and were tested three indicators of body composition by bioelectrical impedance methods.Secondly,the related data were analyzed.Results：（1）The Yugu adults＇ overweight rate have exceeded 50%,especially the overweight and obesity rate has reached 66.3%for male,which is more than 15%for females.（2） The normal of body fat percentage in Yugu adults is only 55.9%,especially the higher of body fat percentage and obesity rate has exceeded 42%to male.（3）The normal rate of visceral fat is only 55.9%.However,the abnormal rate of visceral fat is exceeded 75%for male,that is far higher than the female.Conclusion The anomalous rates of three index on BMI,body fat percentage and the rate of visceral fat for Yugu adults are higher.Male are particularly prominent.
