摘要
在分析行星齿轮传动系统和齿轮受力情况的基础上,基于Pro/E对行星齿轮三维建模,并进行了有限元静力分析。分析结果显示:随着施加扭矩的增加,齿轮的最大应力也随之增加。所采用齿轮其斜率为3.09×10^(-2) MPa/N·m时,它们具有较好的线性关系。
Based on the analysis of the transmission system and the stress condition of planetary gear,this paper made finite element static analysis by using three-dimensional modeling on the basis of Pro/E.The results indicated that the maximum stress of gear increased with the increase of the torque.The slope of the gear adopted in this paper was 3.09×10^-2 MPa/N·m,and they had a good linear relationship.
