摘要
师资培养是地方农林高校"卓越计划"实施的关键因素,针对当前地方农林高校中"卓越计划"师资建设中的问题,提出相应解决对策,为地方农林高校"卓越计划"师资培养与建设提供参考。
Teaching staff training is a major factor to implement＂excellent plan＂at local agricultural and forest universities.In this paper,some solutions were provided in view of the problems in the construction of teaching staff training of＂excellent plan＂at agricultural and forest universities and reference was also given for the teaching staff training of the plan.
