云南冰糖橙叶片矿质元素含量与果实品质关联性分析 被引量:8

摘要 为了探讨云南冰糖橙产区冰糖橙叶片矿质营养生理及其与果实品质形成的关联性,选择云南4个冰糖橙种植较集中乡镇的15个有代表性园区,测定了园区冰糖橙叶片的矿质营养元素含量和果实品质指标。结果表明:大部分园区冰糖橙叶片N、P、K、Fe、Mn元素含量处于超量,Ca、Mg和Zn元素含量低于适宜范围,Cu元素含量5个超量,5个处于适宜范围,5个低于适宜范围。相关性分析表明,叶片矿质营养元素间相互影响;果实可溶性固形物与N(相关系数为-0.596*)和K(-0.605*)含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);果实可滴定酸与N(0.588*)和K(0.623*)含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与Mg含量呈显著负相关(-0.558*,P<0.05);果实TSS/TA与N(-0.569*)和K(-0.624*)含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与Mg(0.549*)和Zn(0.535*)含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,冰糖橙果实的外观和内部品质的形成是由各种元素协同调控的。 In order to explore the correlation between leaf mineral element content and fruit quality of sweet orange( Citrus sinensis Osbeck) in Yunnan province,we selected 15 representative sweet orange orchards in 4 villages or towns in Yunnan province,and measured the leaf mineral element content and fruit quality indexes of sweet orange in these orchards. The results showed that: the contents of N,P,K,Fe and Mn in sweet orange leaves in most orchards exceeded the optimum range; the contents of Ca,Mg and Zn in sweet orange leaves in most orchards were below the optimum range; the leaf Cu content was excess,suitable,or low in 5,5 or 5 orchards respectively. The correlation analysis indicated that: the fruit total soluble solid( TSS) content was significantly negatively correlated with the leaf N content( the correlation coefficient was-0. 596*) and leaf K content(-0.605*) of sweet orange( P〈0.05); the fruit titratable acid( TA) content was significantly positively correlated with the leaf N content( 0.588*) and leaf K content( 0.623*) of sweet orange( P〈0.05),and was significantly negatively correlated with the leaf Mg content(-0. 558*,P〈0. 05); the fruit TSS/TA had a significantly negative correlated with the leaf N content(-0.569*) and leaf K content(-0.624*) of sweet orange( P〈0.05),and had a significantly positive correlated with the leaf Mg content( 0.549*) and leaf Zn content( 0.535*) of sweet orange( P〈0.05). In conclusion,the appearance quality and inner quality of sweet orange fruits were synergistically regulated by various mineral elements in leaves.
