基于水资源增长阻尼的农业用水与农业经济关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用改进的C-D生产函数,结合Romer阻尼分析模型,分别测度了31个省(市、区)的水资源对农业的增长阻尼大小;并基于各地区农业水资源增长阻尼的大小,选择研究样本,运用回归分析探讨了农业用水量与农业经济之间的关系。依据生产函数估计结果显示,各地区资本和技术的产出弹性均大于劳动和水资源的产出弹性,说明农业经济的发展对资本和技术的依赖性更强;在对农业用水量与农业经济的研究中发现,农业用水量与农业经济存在长期稳定的正向相关关系,且互为因果关系。最后基于研究结论,提出了各地区需加快调水工程建设、推广农田节水灌溉技术、加大资本投入和创新水权机制,为政府在水资源约束下发展现代化农业提供参考。 By using the improved C-D production function combined with Romer drag analysis model,we measured the growth drag of water resources to agriculture in 31 provinces( cities,prefectures) of China. Based on the growth drag of water resources to agriculture in various areas,the relationship between agricultural water consumption and agricultural economy was explored by selecting researched samples and applying regression analysis method. The estimation results by production function indicated that the output elasticity of capital and technology in all areas was greater than the output elasticity of labor and water resources,illustrating the development of agricultural economy was more dependent on the capital and technology. There was a long-term,stable,positive and causal correlation between agricultural water consumption and agricultural economy. According to the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of modern agriculture in various areas under the restraint of water resources: accelerating the construction of diversion projects,popularizing farmland water-saving irrigation technology,increasing capital input,and innovating the mechanism of water rights.
