生鲜配送中心选址模型研究——以烟台樱桃配送中心为例

Study on Location Model of Fresh Food Distribution Center——Taking Distribution Center of Yantai Cherry as an Example

发展冷链物流的前提是构建实施冷链所必需的基础设施建设以及采购专业设备。但是建设冷链基础设施是一个前期投资巨大的活动,这就使得冷链发展受到制约。选址不当造成的不良后果,无法通过建成后的加强与完善等其他措施弥补回来。从配送中心这一基础设施入手,构建了基于成本最优化的0-1整数规化模型。以烟台樱桃的的配送中心选址为例,应用所建立的模型进行选址决策。最后结合lingo软件求解模型程序找出基于成本最小烟台樱桃配送中心位置,验证了该模型的实用性和有效性。

The precondition of cold chain logistics development are the construction of the necessary infrastructure construction and the professional equipment procurement. However,the construction of cold chain infrastructure is a huge investment activity in the early stage,which restricts the development of cold chain. Fixed facility location is particularly important,as once completed,it cannot be changed until the facility life cycle ends. This paper starts with the infrastructure of distribution center,and constructs 0-1 integer programming model based on cost optimization. Secondly,the location of the distribution center of yantai cherry is selected as an example,and the location decision of yantai logistics distribution center is established by the model application. Finally,utilizing lingo software to solve the model program,we find the cost-minimiging location two yantai logistics distribution center which vacidates the model.
