旅游精准扶贫研究的学术思想演进评述

Review on Evolution of Academic Thoughts of Tourism Accurate Poverty Alleviation Research

受旅游扶贫和精准扶贫研究与实践的双重推动,旅游精准扶贫研究迅速兴起,其成果主要可归为两大类:一类是理论层面的基础性研究,主要围绕旅游精准扶贫的内涵特征、系统构成、运行机理、关键问题(精准识别、扶贫效应评价、动力机制、多维排斥、体制机制设计)等展开研究;一类是实践层面的应用性和对策性研究,主要指向旅游精准扶贫的实现路径、扶贫效应检验、模式选择、政策制定与优化策略等。通过系统梳理后发现,旅游精准扶贫研究体现出如下特点:研究对象和内容是对我国精准扶贫实践的呼应和已有精准扶贫与旅游扶贫研究的承继与提升;研究视角日益多样化;研究方法的选择和应用更为科学规范;研究成果在时间和类型上分布不均衡。在今后的研究中,研究对象和内容将更多地指向诸如贫困人口创业参与旅游发展、贫困地区旅游可持续发展、贫困地区旅游与其他产业融合发展等旅游精准扶贫中的深层次问题,研究视角和研究方法将进一步多元化。

Researches on tourism accurate poverty alleviation are rapidly emerging due to dual promotion of studies and pratices on tourism poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation,and their results can be classified into the following two categories： the basic researches from theoretical aspects and the applied and countermeasure researches from practical aspects. The basic researches on tourism accurate poverty alleviation mainly involved the connotation and characteristics,system structure,and operation mechanism and the key problems such as accurate identification,dynamic mechanism,and multi-dimensional exclusion and systematic mechanism design and so on. The applied and countermeasure researches mainly focus on implementation path,test of poverty alleviation effects,and mode selection of poverty alleviation and policy formulation and optimization strategies. By virtue of analyzing literatures wholly,researches on tourism accurate poverty alleviation possess the following characteristics： firstly,study subjects and contents are in coordination with the recent accurate poverty alleviation practice and elevate the previous studies on tourism poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation. Secondly,the research perspective is increasingly diverse. Thirdly,the selection and application of research methods are more scientific. Finally,the distribution of results are unbalanced in time and type. In future research,the research objects and contents will pay more attention to the revelant deep-seated problems of tourism accurate poverty alleviation,such as entrepreneurial participation in tourism development of poor population,tourism sustainable developmen and integravtive development with other industries in poor regions and so on. Moreover,research perspectives and methods will be more diverse.
