我国就业歧视司法救济机制的问题研究及对策

摘要 现阶段我国的就业歧视的样式无万大千,导致相当一部分劳动者的就业平等权受到侵害,这样的社会问题受到社会各界的关注,完善就业歧视的相关司法救济机制义不容辞,使得平等就业权真正得到保障。
