高脂饮食对犬生化指标及血液流变学的影响 被引量:4

Effect of high-fat diet on biochemical parameters and hemorheology in canine

摘要 本试验旨在研究高脂饮食对犬生化指标和血液流变学指标的影响。选取本地50只健康的45日龄杂交犬,随机分为两组,正常组15只,高脂组35只,分别饲喂基础饲料(正常组)、高脂饲料(高脂组)。试验为12周。每隔1周,采集1次血清,用于检测血清生化指标。于试验最后1d,每组随机选择15只犬,采集抗凝血,用于检测血液流变学指标。结果表明:与正常组检测结果相比,高脂组犬血清中TC、TG和LDL-C浓度均显著升高(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。高脂组犬的全血黏度、红细胞压积、血浆黏度、全血高低切相对指标和全血高切还原黏度均显著升高(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。由此可见,给予犬高脂饮食可出现高脂血症,并且血液流变学指标会发生明显的变化,对于犬高脂血的临床诊断,具有理论指导意义。 The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of high-fat diet on biochemical parameter and hemorheology. Fifty 45-day-old mongrels were divided into two groups,in control group 15 mongrels were fed with basic diet and in high-fat diet group 35 mongrels were fed with basic diet plus high fat,respectively. The trial lasted 12 weeks. The blood samples were collected for biochemical indexes once a week. The anticoagulant blood from 15 mongrels were collected for measuring hemo rheology. The results showed that serum TC, TG and LDL-C in high-fat diet group were significantly higher than in control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood high shear relative index, whole blood low shear rela- tive index,and whole blood high shear reduction viscosity were significantly higher than in control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). In conclusion,high-fat diet induced hyperlipidemia in canine and the change of hemorheology index,which provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis of hyperlipi demia in canine.
