摘要
MDCC-MSB-1细胞是鸡马立克氏病毒(MDV)诱导产生的T淋巴细胞增生性肿瘤细胞系之一,已被作为模型广泛应用于抗肿瘤药物的研究中。本文旨在探讨与MDCC—MSB-1细胞周期被阻滞在G1期的调控因子作用机制,以及诱导MDCC-MSB-1细胞凋亡的信号传导通路。MDV所致瘤细胞增殖抑制机制的深入研究,为人类肿瘤病的治疗研究提供良好的动物模型展望,也为新型药物的开发开辟出新的思路。
MDCC-MSB-1 cells are one of the T lymphocyte proliferative tumor cell lines induced by chicken Marek's disease virus(MDV),which has been widely used as a model in the study of an- tineoplastic drugs. The aim of this review was to investigate the mechanism of regulation of MDCC-MSB-1 cell cycle arrest in G1 phase and the signal transduction pathway of MDCC-MSB-1 cell apoptosis. Understanding MDV-induced tumor cell proliferation inhibition mechanism will be help- ful to the treatment of human cancer disease research to provide a good animal model but also to the development of new drugs to open up new ideas.
