复方七芍降压片治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压患者的临床疗效及对患者血浆Ang-Ⅱ、ANP水平的影响研究

Curative Effect of Compound Qishao Jiangya Tablets in Patients with Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type Hypertension and Its Influences on Levels of Ang-Ⅱ and ANP

目的：探讨复方七芍降压片治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压患者的临床效果及对患者血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ（Ang-Ⅱ）、心钠素（ANP）水平的影响。方法：收集116例符合纳入标准的肝肾阴虚型高血压病患者作为观察对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组58例和观察组58例。对照组给予常规西医降压药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方七芍降压片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分以及血浆Ang-Ⅱ和ANP水平。结果：临床疗效显示,对照组和观察组患者治疗总有效率组间比较无统计学差异（86.2%vs 93.1%,χ~2=1.49,P〉0.05）。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者中医证候积分降低[（9.2±1.1）分vs（12.8±1.3）分],血浆Ang-Ⅱ、ANP水平降低[（41.5±4.3）ng/L vs（50.4±4.7）ng/L,（241.9±17.5）pg/m L vs（296.5±20.8）pg/m L）],组间比较都有统计学差异（均P〈0.05）。结论：复方七芍降压片在肝肾阴虚型高血压患者中应用效果良好,治疗有效率高,对患者临床症状有显著改善,而且能够降低血浆Ang-Ⅱ、ANP水平,临床上值得应用。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Compound Qishao Jiangya Tablets in patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney type hypertension and its influences on levels of plasma angiotensinⅡ（ Ang-Ⅱ） and atrial natriuretic peptide（ ANP）. Methods： A total of 116 patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney type hypertension meeting the inclusion criteria were collected as observational objects and randomly divided into the control group（ n = 58） and the observation group（ n = 58）.The control group was given conventional Western medicine of antihypertensive agents. Besides,the observation group was given Compound Qishao Jiangya Tablets. Then,the curative efficacy,scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and levels of plasma Ang-Ⅱ and ANP were compared between the two groups. Results： Curative efficacy showed that the total therapeutic efficacy ratios in the control group and the observation group were statistically same（ 86. 2% vs 93. 1%,χ~2= 1. 49,P〉0. 05）. In comparison with the control group after treatments,the observation group had lower score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms（ 9. 2 ± 1. 1 vs 12. 8 ± 1. 3） and lower levels of plasma Ang-Ⅱ,ANP [（ 41. 5 ± 4. 3） ng/L vs（ 50. 4 ± 4. 7） ng/L,（ 241. 9 ± 17.5） pg/m L vs（ 296. 5 ± 20. 8） pg/m L） ] with all statistical differences（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Qishao Jiangya Tablets have well application effect in patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney type hypertension with a high therapeutic efficacy ratio. And it can significantly improve clinic symptoms and reduce levels of plasma Ang-Ⅱ,ANP.
