由于施工场地的特殊性,桩基础施工中采用反循环切削式快速成孔、原土造浆护壁工艺。详细介绍了灌注桩快速成孔工艺、重力式浆泥分离系统和立式储浆系统。相比于传统工艺,该工艺具有钻成孔速度快、成孔精度高、孔径稳定、经济环保等优势。

Because of the particularity of the construction site,reverse circulation cutting fast hole forming and raw soil slurry wall were adopted in piles construction. This paper mainly introduced rapid hole forming process of cast-in-place pile,gravity slurry separation system and vertical slurry storage system.Compared with traditional technique,this method has advantages as fast hole forming,high precision of pore forming,stable pore size,economic and good for environmental protection.
