摘要
在组织创新方面的研究,组织文化已是管理创新领域新的研究内容。如何通过优化组织文化来提高组织创新水平,是该领域研究的重点。为深入研究组织文化对组织创新作用的机理,首先使用文献梳理法,分析组织文化和组织创新相关研究文献,对中国高端装备制造业相关数据进行信度检验,并使用因子分析方法建立组织文化对组织创新作用机理模型,并对模型进行了拟合优度检验。研究结论:在高端装备制造企业组织文化中的创新价值观、创新激励制度以及创新行为模式均对企业的组织创新活动有着不同程度正向作用。企业管理者在对企业开展组织创新与变革的过程中,应充分认识到组织文化的重要作用,并要对企业员工的创新价值观方面的培养给予高度重视,对企业创新行为模式的重视程度可居其次,最后为企业的创新激励制度。
Organizational culture has been a new area of research for management innovation and the top priority is how to pro- mote the organizational innovation level by optimizing organizational culture. To study deeply the effect mechanism of organiza- tional culture on organizational innovation, this paper analyzes many literatures related to organizational innovation and organiza- tional culture. And based on some theories and data of Chinese high - end equipment manufacturing firms, this paper conducts the reliability test and establishes a model that reflects the effect mechanism of organizational culture on organizational innovation by means of factor analysis. Furthermore, this paper also conducts tests of goodness of fit with the model. At last, this paper con- cludes that innovation value, innovation incentive system and innovation behavior patterns have positive influences on organiza- tional innovation. When enterprise managers try to have organizational innovation, they should realize the importance eft organiza- tional culture, and pay highest attention to employees' innovational value, and pay higher attention to innovational active pattern. However, the innovational incentive system is the lowest.
