摘要
研究了高分子聚合物聚丙烯酰胺对硫铝酸盐水泥泌水率、凝结时间、抗折强度、抗压强度及耐水性能的影响。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺掺量为水泥质量的0.15%时,水泥水化1 h、2 h的泌水率均≯2.0%。试验范围内,随着聚丙烯酰胺掺量的增加,硫铝酸盐水泥的初凝时间、终凝时间逐渐延长,抗折强度逐渐提高,密度和抗压强度逐渐下降,耐水性能得到了改善。
This paper studies the effects of polyacrylamide on the bleeding rate,setting time,flexural strength,compressive strength and water resistance of sulphoaluminate cement. The results illustrate that when the addition amount of polyacrylamide is 0. 15%,the bleeding rate of cement hydration for 1 h and 2 h is not more than 2. 0%. With the increase of the amount of polyacrylamide,the initial setting time and final setting time gradually extend,the flexural strength gradually increases,the density and compressive strength decrease,and the water resistance is well improved.
