回顾汶川地震前国内灾害护理存在的不足。从学术团体发展、人才储备及专业建设等角度简述汶川地震灾后十年国内灾害护理方面投入的努力。展现国内灾害护理体系逐渐完善,科研学术逐渐活跃,国内外救援实践更加高效的现状。同时明确了以国际标准建设救援体系、致力于灾害护理专业系统化建设、重视灾害知识普及工作以及推动灾害护理科研向深度、广度发展是未来国内灾害护理发展的方向。

To summarize the development of the disaster nursing in China after the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008. The changes of the disaster nursing before and after Wenchuan earthquake were analyzed respectively. The Chinese disaster nursing was underdeveloped because of the immature rescue system, the insufficiency of disaster nurses, and the inadequate attention to the disaster nursing study before 2008. But it developed well now because of the targeted efforts during the decade after Wenchuan earthquake. And constructing the rescue system according to the international standards, the systematic construction of disaster nursing discipline, the popularization of disaster knowledge and the development of disaster nursing research would be the important tasks in the future.
