地震灾后伤员分级心理护理实践

The practice of hierarchical psychological nursing for post-earthquake victims

目的:通过对地震灾后伤员分级心理护理临床实践,分析分级心理护理的实践效果。方法:成立"心理健康坊",培训"心理健康护士"。对25例九寨沟地震伤员进行分级心理护理。结果:通过给予心理干预及心理支持后,25例地震伤员负性情绪减轻,情绪稳定,未发生急性应激障碍,睡眠状况得到好转。结论:心理健康护士分级心理护理的介入,为灾后心理危机干预起到了积极作用,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the application of the hierarchical psychological nursing through the clinical practice of hierarchical psychological nursing for post-earthquake victims. Methods： Established the ＂mental health workshop＂ and trained ＂mental health nurses.＂ Hierarchical psychological nursing was carried out for 25 cases of Jiuzhaigou earthquake victims. Results： After psychological intervention and psychological support, the adverse psychological reactions of 25 victims were relieved, and had no acute stress disorder occurred, their sleeping status got improved. Conclusion： The intervention of mental health nurses＇ hierarchical psychological nursing played an positive role in the post-disaster psychological crisis intervention and is worth popularizing.
