摘要
学科建设是医院发展中的永恒主题,科研与学科建设相辅相成,护理科研是护理学科发展的重要推动力量,而人才培养是学科和科研建设的核心。自2017年7月开始,某院设置科研护士岗位,积极探索科研护士岗位设置和管理,初步建立了"选拔-培养-任用-考核评价"模式,积累了一定经验,现做简要介绍,为国内科研护士的科学培养和管理提供借鉴。
Discipline construction is a key factor in the development of hospitals, and the development of scientific research is associated with the development of discipline construction. The nursing research is important for the development of nursing science, and personnel training is the core of the construction of discipline and scientific research. The research nurse position was set up, and a management model of research nurse including the process of "selection, training, using, and evaluation" has been established from 2017. The management model of research nurses was introduced to provide reference for the further development of research nurses.
