Evaluation of hypertension drug therapy

高血压是全球导致死亡的最重要因素之一。目前对血压控制的合理水平还存在争论,同时药物的不良反应和患者对药物的抗性也成为限制抗高血压药疗效的重要因素。本文回顾近年发表的与高血压的药物治疗相关的临床研究,旨在对高血压的药物治疗有新的认识。

Hypertension is one of the major diseases caused to death in the world. At present, the reasonable level of blood pressure control is still controversial. Meanwhile, the drug adverse reactions and drug resistance are also important factors to affect the efficacy of antihypertensive drugs. This article reviews the recent clinical studies related to the hypertension drug therapy in a new understanding.
