岩鹿乳康胶囊两种不同服药周期对乳腺增生症患者的疗效研究

Effect of Yanlu Rukang capsule on cyclomastopathy with two treatment regimens

目的分析岩鹿乳康胶囊两种不同服药周期对乳腺增生患者疗效的影响。方法选取乳腺增生患者144例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各72例,观察组给予岩鹿乳康胶囊,服药方法:月经期结束后开始服用,服药3周,至月经来潮停药,停1周;对照组给予岩鹿乳康胶囊,服药方法:于月经前15 d开始服用,服药2周,至月经来潮停药。1个月经周期为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。两组均于治疗前及治疗后进行乳腺增生症疼痛的分级与评分,并记录治疗后两组患者乳腺结节的变化情况。结果观察组和对照组治疗后乳腺疼痛评分较治疗前显著减少(P<0.01),且观察组与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为54.17%,对照组为40.28%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组31例患者乳腺结节缩小,仅1例出现乳腺结节增大,对照组20例患者乳腺结节缩小,5例出现乳腺结节增大,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岩鹿乳康胶囊治疗乳腺增生症患者,采取月经期结束后开始服药3周,至月经来潮停药1周的治疗方案,对改善患者疼痛、缩小乳腺结节的效果较为显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of two different treatment regimens of Yanlu Rukang capsule in the patients with cyclomastopathy. Methods Totally 144 patients with cyclomastopathy were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 72 patients each. The patients in observation group stopped receiving medicine when menstruation came for 1 week and started receiving medicine again after menstruation for 3 weeks. The patients in control group stopped receiving medicine while menstruation came and started receiving medicine at 15 days before menstruation for 2 weeks. All of the patients were treated for three menstrual cycles. The pain alleviating effect was assessed according to the syndrome and follow-up investigation to compare the difference between two medication cycles of the influence on pain alleviating. The changes of breast nodules in two groups after treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, the score of breast pain in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.01）, the difference between two groups after treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the effective rate of the observation group was 54.17%, the effective rate of the control group was 40.28%, the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. In the observation group, 31 cases of breast nodules were narrowed, only 1 case of nodule enlarged. In the control group, 20 cases of breast nodules were narrowed and 5 cases of nodules enlarged, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yanlu Rukang capsule used for the treatment of cyclomastopathy through the 3 week treatment regimen after menstruation can improve the pain and reduce the breast nodules of cyclomastopathy patients.
