摘要 Dear Editor,Dense core vesicles(DCVs)are a class of secretory organelle present in a range of different cell types,including neurons,endocrine cells,such as adrenal chromaffin cells and isletβ-cells,and other secretory cells,such as intestinal Paneth cells(Kim et al.,2006).Cargos are packed into immature DCVs as they emerge from the trans-Golgi network.
