外用重组人表皮生长因子对扁桃体术后疗效的观察

Effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor for external use on Prognosis of tonsillectomy

目的观察外用重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor for external use,rhEGF)对扁桃体切除术后创面愈合及疼痛程度的疗效。方法 60例因慢性扁桃体炎或扁桃体肥大行扁桃体切除的患者随机分成两组,试验组于扁桃体术后创面喷洒rhEGF治疗,对照组扁桃体术后创面未用任何药物。观察两组患者创面白膜形成与完全脱落时间,创面愈合情况及疼痛程度。结果与对照组比较,试验组创面白膜完全脱落时间更短,创面愈合情况更好,术后第3、5、7天创面疼痛程度更轻(P<0.05),而创面白膜形成时间和术后第1天疼痛程度两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论扁桃体术后局部应用rhEGF可以加快创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor（rhEGF）for external use on wound healing and the pain degree after tonsillectomy. METHODS Sixty patients after tonsillectomy because of chronic tonsillitis or tonsil hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups, rhEGF group and control group. The formation time and total shedding time of albuginea, wound healing and pain degree of the two groups were recorded. RESULTS Compared with control group, the rhEGF group had a shorter total shedding time of albuginea and a better situation of wound healing,a lower degree of pain at 3 d,5 d and 7 d after operation（P〈0.05）,but there are no difference of the time of albuginea formation and the degree of pain at the first day after the operation（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION Use rhEGF after tonsillectomy can promote wound healing and relieve the pain of the patients.
