摘要
通过运用拓展的C-D生产函数模型对天津市技术创新对产业经济增长的贡献率进行实证研究,发现技术创新对天津市产业经济增长的贡献率较高,近年来呈现不断上升趋势。知识经济时代,技术创新已成为未来经济社会发展的强力引擎,京津冀协同发展的战略机遇背景下,天津市应大力提高技术创新水平,加强高新技术人才的引进,充分把握非首都功能疏解的机遇,打造高端制造业与研发基地,加强产学研技术交流,在技术创新上协同发力,促进天津市乃至整个京津冀地区产业经济的发展。
Through the use of an extended C-D production function model to empirically study the contribution rate of Tianjin's technological innovation to industrial economic growth, it is found that technological innovation contributes a lot to the industrial economic growth of Tianjin, and it has shown a upward trend in recent years. In the era of knowledge-based economy, technological innovation has become a strong engine for future economic and social development. Under the background of strategic opportunities for coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, Tianjin should vigorously increase the level of technological innovation, strengthening the introduction of high-tech talent, and fully grasping the opportunity of non-capital functional dispersal, creating high-end manufacturing and R&D bases, strengthening the exchange of CEEUSRO, work together in technological innovation, and promoting the development of industrial economy in Tianjin and even the entire Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
