摘要
本文针对城市减灾应急策略的相关问题进行了讨论。梳理了国内外城市减灾应急策略的最新发展,从动态协同视角入手,深入研究现代城市适应性减灾策略的制定及实施问题,尝试构建基于动态协同的现代城市减灾应急管理平台,为我国城市减灾应急实践的进一步发展提供理论参考。
The relevant problems of urban disaster mitigation strategies were discussed in this paper. First, the latest development of urban disaster mitigation and emergency strategies at home and abroad was analyzed. From the perspective of dynamic synergy, the problems in the formulation and implementation of modern urban adaptive disaster mitigation strategies were deeply studied, and this paper provide a modern urban disaster reduction and emergency management platform based on dynamic coordination. This paper can provide a theory for the further development of urban disaster reduction and emergency practice in China.
