我国经济的快速发展,推动了房地产行业成为国民经济的支柱产业,其市场发展日趋标准化、正规化,并逐步向品牌竞争方向发展。现阶段,房地产项目存在着设计思想雷同、主题单一化等问题,需要给予高度关注。本文介绍了房地产市场定位的内涵和意义,结合实际案例对房地产项目市场定位要点进行分析。
with the rapid development of China's economy, all walks of life have achieved unprecedented progress, especially the real estate industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy, its market development is becoming more standardized, regularized, and gradually facing the direction of brand competition. At present, there are some problems in the real estate project, such as identical design ideas and single theme. This paper first introduces the connotation and significance of market positioning, and then gives the market positioning analysis of real estate projects in combination with actual cases.
