电针巨刺治疗肩周炎80例疗效观察

近年来我们试用电针巨刺配合按摩治疗该病,取得满意疗效,兹报道如下。临床资料一般资料:本组80例病人中,男33例,女47例;年龄在39～67岁之间;病程1～6个月18例,7个月～1年34例,1～2年20例。

The authors employed electric opposing needling(Juci)to treat 80 cases of scapulohumeral periarth-ritis and the other 80 cases were treated with simleopposing needling(Juci)as the controlled group.The main points were Jianyu,Jianliao,Jianzheng etal on the healthy side.The needling is once daily.As the result,the cure rate of the two groups wasrespectively 61.25 per cent and 45 per cent.Thestatistical processing revealed remarkable difference(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutical effect ofthe electric opposing needling(Juci)group is superiorto that of the simple oppoing needling(Juci)group.
