肺炎支原体感染对支气管哮喘患儿FeNO及肺功能指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察肺炎支原体(MP)感染对支气管哮喘患儿呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)及肺功能指标的影响。方法:回顾性分析2015年9月-2017年9月我院治疗的68例支气管哮喘患儿临床资料,依据MP感染情况将其分为MP感染组(32例)、非MP感染组(36例)。测定两组FeNO、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、FEV_1/用力肺活量(FVC)、峰呼气流速(PEF)、最大中期呼气流速(MMEF25-75)等水平。结果:MP感染组FeNO值高于非MP感染组,PEF、MMEF25-75水平低于非MP感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MP感染将提高支气管哮喘患儿体内FeNO水平,诱发、加重小气道阻塞性病变,降低肺功能。 Objective: To observe the effect of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) infection on the exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) and pulmonary function indexes in children with bronchial asthma. Methods: a retrospective analysis in September 2015-September2017 our hospital clinical data of 68 cases of children with bronchial asthma treatment, on the basis of MP infection status will be divided into MP infection group(32 cases), not MP infection group(36 cases). Two groups of FeNO, one second forced expiratory volume(FEV1), FEV1/hard lung capacity(FVC), peak expiratory flow rate(PEF), maximum medium expiratory velocity(mmef25-75) were measured. Results: the FeNO value of MP infection group was higher than that of non-mp infection group, and the level of PEF and mmef25-75 was lower than that of non-mp infection group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: MP infection will improve FeNO level in children with bronchial asthma, induce and aggravate small airway obstructive lesions and reduce pulmonary function.
