国瑞·西安金融中心工程施工场地极为狭小,仅南侧有约2 000 m2可供使用。地下阶段通过对钢结构、钢筋等料场的多次转变与调整,确保了材料的及时供应,保证了施工进度。按先车库后塔楼的施工顺序进行整体施工部署,合理划分施工区域,并利用车库顶板为后期塔楼施工提供料场,解决了因场地狭小而导致的施工困难,保证了施工顺利进行。

Glory Xi＇an Financial Center has a very narrow construction site, which is only about 2000m2 on the south. During basement construction, timely material supply was guaranteed through transition and adjustment of steel structure and steel bars stocking yards time after time, realizing the construction schedule. The general construction arrangement put the construction of garage prior to the construction of tower building. Construction area was reasonably divided and garage roof was used as stocking yard for later tower building construction, to successfully solve the construction difficulty due to the narrow construction site and to guarantee the smooth construction.
