摘要
运用文献资料法、行为事件访谈法(BEI)、问卷调查法和数理统计法,构建了我国乒乓球裁判员胜任特征模型并进行了验证。研究结果表明:我国乒乓球裁判员胜任特征模型包含业务能力、身心素质、专业知识、人际关系四大维度,其中业务能力包括赛事组织管理能力等五个胜任特征要素,身心素质包括情绪稳定性等5个胜任特征要素,专业知识包括乒乓球竞赛规则知识等4个胜任特征要素,人际关系包括沟通能力等5个胜任特征要素。
By means of literature review,behavior event interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the competency model of Chinese table tennis referees is built and validated.Study shows that the competency model of Chinese table tennis referees consists of four dimensions,i. e.,operation ability,physical and psychological quality,professional knowledge and relationship respectively; the operation ability includes five competency elements,such as event organization and management ability; physical and psychological quality includes five competency elements,such as emotional stability; professional knowledge includes four competency elements,such as table tennis competition rules; relationship includes five competency elements,such as ability to communicate.
