摘要 利用全程分析方法对冲击后复合材料油箱口盖进行剩余强度研究。该方法基于三维累积损伤理论,对于复合材料油箱口盖的冲击过程以及冲击后含损伤构件在压缩载荷下损伤扩展的全过程进行数值分析。冲击模拟是显式求解过程,利用LS-DYNA完全重启动方法把显式求解得到的冲击变形及损伤数据传递到非线性静态剩余强度仿真模型中,以达到对于冲击后的损伤保留并进行轴向压缩模拟的目的。研究了冲击速度、冲击位置以及肋板位置对油箱口盖抗冲击性能的影响,并改变肋板位置对口盖结构进行耐冲击优化设计。计算结果表明外口盖对整体油箱口盖起到了防护作用。 The residual strength of the composite fuel tank cover after impact is studied using the entire analysis method. The method is based on the theory of three - dimensional damage accumulation, the impact of the cover and the residual compressive strength of the structure with impact damage are analyzed numerically. The impact simulation is an explicit solution process. The impact deformation and damage data obtained from the explicit solution are transmitted to the nonlinear static residual strength simulation model by using the LS-DYNA complete restart method in order to preserve impact damage data and perform compression simulation. The effects of impact speed, impact position and the position of the rib on the impact resistance of the cover are studied. The impact resistance of the cover structure is optimized by changing the position of the ribs. The results show that the outer cover has a protective effect on the whole tank cover.
