摘要
论文研究了Birnbaum-Saunders(以下简称BS)疲劳寿命分布产品在一般序进应力V(t)=Kt+V_1,V_1>0,加速寿命试验下的可靠性统计分析。在刻度参数满足逆幂律模型下,利用Nelson假定的时间折算思想,推导出了BS疲劳寿命分布产品在一般序进应力加速寿命试验下的失效分布,并在此基础上利用极大似然估计的方法得到了参数的点估计,同时也简要说明利用诸如回归方法、逆矩估计等方法得不到参数的点估计。论文最后通过Monte-Carlo模拟算例说明方法的可行性。
The reliability statistical analysis is studied for the products of Birnbaum-Saunders fatigue life distribution under general progressive stress V(t)=Kt+V1, V1〉0, accelerated life test in this paper. When the scale parameter satisfies inverse power law model, the failure distribution is derived for the products of BS fatigue life distribution under general progressive stress accelerated life test by using time conversion idea of Nelson assumption, and the point estimations of parameters are obtained by using maximum likelihood estimation method. Moreover, it is stated that the point estimations of parameters cannot be obtained by using the methods such as regression method and inverse moment estimation. Finally, the Monte-Carlo simulation example shows the feasibility of the methods.
