通过总结目前现有单螺杆压缩机啮合型线类型,并对每一种啮合副型线优、劣进行了概述,针对其中圆柱包络型线啮合副进行详细的讲解和分析,同时对此种啮合副型线通过现有的数学工具和三维软件进行实际建模,验证单螺杆压缩机圆柱包络啮合型线的可行性。另外还通过现有仿真技术模拟了单螺杆压缩机啮合型线理论设计与实际三维模型成型过程仿真。整个参数化建模分析与研究过程可以帮助相关工程人员在实际设计过程中提高设计效率,同时可以作为同行业研究单螺杆压缩机型线啮合副时的参考方法。

This paper summarized the existing meshing profile types of single screw compressor, and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of each meshing profile, and explained and analyzed the cylindrical envelope meshing pair in detail. At the same time,the feasibility of single screw cylindrical envelope meshing profile was verified by using the existing mathematical tools and 3 D soft-ware to model the meshing profile. In addition, the theoretical design of the meshing profile of single screw compressor and the simu-lation of the actual meshing process were simulated by the existing simulation technology. The whole parameterized modeling analysis and research process can help engineers to improve the design efficiency in the actual design process. At the same time, it can be used as a reference method for the research of single screw compressor line meshing pair in the same industry.
