Design and implementation of the dual random sampling system for surveying and mapping geographic information in Gansu

文中通过对以"双随机、一公开"为原则的测绘资质单位动态监管的模式进行了分析与研究,开发了甘肃省测绘地理信息双随机抽取系统,实现了测绘资质单位的管理与随机抽取,有效促进了测绘资质巡查工作的顺利开展,进一步提高了测绘资质监督检查工作的管理水平,促进了测绘资质监督检查工作的高效化和规范化。

In the paper,the mode of surveying and mapping qualification dynamic supervision was analyzed and studied for the ＂ randomly selected inspectors of randomly selected entities and the public release of inspection results＂ principle in Gansu province,the dual random system of the surveying and mapping geographic information was developed,the management and random sampling of surveying and mapping qualification unit were realized,the smooth development of surveying and mapping qualifications was effectively promoted,and the surveying and mapping qualification supervision and inspection work management level was further improved to promote the efficiency and standardize the supervision and inspection work of surveying and mapping qualification.
