城乡发展格局下地籍区(子区)的划分研究——以张掖市甘州区为例

Study on the division of cadastral distinct and sub distinct in urban and rural development pattern: Taking Ganzhou distinct as an example in Zhangye city

随着城乡大规模建设开发,原有的地籍区(子区界线)已经无法满足现在的发展格局。文中利用最新的地形图和高分辨率影像,结合土地利用现状、城市规划图、区域发展规模等因素对其重新划分,提高划分成果的生命周期。

With the development of large-scale construction of urban and rural areas,the original cadastral district and sub district had been unable to meet the current development pattern. Cadastral distinct was reclassified using the latest topographic map and high-resolution image,combining with the land use status,urban planning map,regional development scale,and other factors,life cycle the results of the division were improved.
