摘要
项目旨在通过IE(Industrial Engineering)的方法寻找并建立一个更加精确计算PCB制造成本的模型。在这个成本模型中,客户设计直接相关的物料按照实际要求计算,其他物料采用满产状态下的标准消耗进行计算,与时间相关的成本则采用标准工时或实际工时进行计算。同时,成本模型可根据实际生产中将会使用到的拼版尺寸、设备等,把影响生产效率的因素也纳入考虑的范畴。IE方法成功地为精算PCB生产成本提供了一个全新的解决方案。
The project aims to find and establish a more accurate model for PCB manufacturing costs through the methods of IE(Industrial Engineering). In this cost model, the materials directly related to the customer's design are calculated according to actual requirements, and other materials are calculated using the standard consumption under full production, which is related to time. The costs are calculated using standard hours or actual hours. At the same time, the cost model can take into consideration of the factors affecting production efficiency based on the size of the imposition, equipment, etc. that will be used in actual production. The IE method provides a complete new solution for the precise cost calculation in PCB production.
