我国体育特色小镇建设模式研究

Construction mode of sport characteristic town in China

阐述了体育特色小镇与特色小镇、体育产业之间的关系,并简要分析了当前我国体育特色小镇的数量(建多少)、分布(在哪里建)与类型(建什么样的),重点对当前我国体育特色小镇的建设模式(怎么建)进行分类研究。研究发现我国体育特色小镇建设模式主要有省地共建模式、"体育+"模式和PPP模式,并在此基础上对PPP+L模式进行了初步探索。我国体育特色小镇建设存在的问题:建设周期长,投资额度高,社会资本进入门槛高;地产化趋势显现,体育成色不足;体育特色小镇建设的跟风与盲目行为普遍;体育特色小镇的文化修养不够。

This paper expounds the relationship among sport characteristic town,characteristic town and sports industry,and briefly analyzes the number of sport characteristic town in China（ how many to build）,the distribution（ where to build）,and the type（ what kind to build）,focusing on the classification of construction mode（ how to build）. Research finds that the construction mode of sport characteristic town in China mainly includes provincial and local coconstruction mode, ＂ sports ＋ ＂ mode and PPP mode,and PPP ＋ L mode is preliminarily explored. The construction of China ＇ s sport characteristic town has problems such as long construction cycle,high investment quota,and high entry threshold for social capital; real estate characteristics is obvious while sport characteristics is not enough; it is popular that people blindly follow the construction of the town; the culture of the sports town is not enough.
