我国民办武术教育治理:现状、困境与进路

Governance of private Wushu education in China: present situation,predicament and approach

采用文献资料、访谈调查等研究方法,对改革开放以来我国民办武术教育的发展现状和现实困境进行了学理上的分析和归纳。研究认为,当前民办武术教育发展的管理体制机制不断迎来创新,享有的同等权益得到显著提升,品牌培育意识在逐步增强,但存在总体办学实力较弱、政策法规体系尚不完备和整体发展水平不平衡等现实困境。在鼓励社会力量兴办教育促进民办教育健康发展国家政策引领下,破解民办武术教育发展瓶颈,应做到:借助完善政策体系,强化整体战略;重视长远规划,促进公平竞争;强化有效管理,促进管理现代化;完善监督评估体系,提升教育质量等科学进路,才能为民办武术教育治理提质增效。

By using the methods of literature review,interview and investigation,this paper makes a systematic analysis and summary of the current situation and difficulties of the development of private Wushu education in China since the reform and opening up. Research shows that Wushu education management mechanism continuously usher in innovation,equal rights significantly improved,brand awareness gradually increased,but the overall strength is weak,the policies and regulations system not perfect and the overall development not balanced.Under the guidance of national policy that encourages social forces to set up education and promote the healthy development of private education,to break the bottleneck of private Wushu education development,we must perfect the policy system,strengthen the overall strategy; put more emphasis on long-term planning to promote fair competition; strengthen effective management,promote the modernization of management; perfect the supervision and evaluation system,improve the quality of education,in order to private Wushu education management quality and efficiency.
